As a Creator Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our creator campaigns, working with micro-influencers and brand fans across Bronze, Silver, and Gold-tier clients. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for influencer marketing, strong organisational skills, and an ability to build and nurture lasting relationships.
Role Overview:
The Creator Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of creators, from discovery and outreach to onboarding and campaign execution. You will manage logistics, review content, negotiate contracts, and ensure campaigns meet client expectations while hitting key performance benchmarks. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll also help refine strategies to maximize results across platforms and ensure efficient, on-standard delivery of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creator Discovery & Outreach:
- Identify and reach out to potential creators (brand fans and micro-influencers) that align with client objectives.
- Creator Onboarding & Management:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new creators, ensuring they are set up for success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, maintaining strong, ongoing communication and relationship-building.
- Content Reviews & Approvals:
- Review and approve content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Negotiations & Contracting:
- Handle negotiations and contracting for micro-influencers, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with campaign budgets.
- Logistics Management:
- Oversee logistics for product send-outs and other campaign materials, ensuring creators have everything they need to produce high-quality content.
- Data Entry & Campaign Monitoring:
- Accurately input data into the campaign dashboard and monitor progress against set KPIs.
- Ensure data is up to date and campaign performance is on track.
- Collaboration & Optimization:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including strategy and data, to optimize campaign performance.
- Provide input and tips to less experienced team members as part of a buddy system.
- Industry Trends:
- Stay informed on the latest social media and influencer marketing trends, ASA guidelines, and platform updates to ensure best practices are followed.

Measurement of Success:
- Weekly Target Delivery: Consistently meeting discovery, sign-up, and campaign launch goals.
- Rate Benchmarks: Achieving optimal response rates, sign-up rates, and earned content rates, while reducing drop-outs.
- Cost-Efficiency: Maximising budget efficiency through effective negotiations with micro-influencers.
- Timely Delivery: Ensuring all aspects of the campaign are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Data Accuracy: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date campaign data.
- Team Feedback: Receiving positive feedback from team members and managers on performance and collaboration.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 1+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in project management and creator management, ideally within an agency setting.
- Mandatory IFM Experience (or Similar): Experience in influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of creator campaigns.
- Strong Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing creator relationships and overseeing campaigns from start to finish.
Preferred but not Mandatory:
- Client-Specific Experience: Experience with clients such as L’Oreal or beauty brands.
- Paid Influencer & Gifting Campaigns: Experience managing both paid and gifting influencer campaigns.
- Agency Background: Prior experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
